COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Here at The Denizen Co., we take our clients’ health and safety very seriously. We will be implementing the following protocols while closely monitoring CDC and NY State guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Please contact us at hello@thedenizenco.com if you have any questions.


 

Studio Protocols

  • Our studio is available for rental and we accommodate all shoot types. We recommend a maximum capacity of six people at a time to follow social distancing guidelines.

  • If you are interested in booking our photography servicesnot renting our studio – please note that we are currently only accepting mail-in or drop-off for product photoshoots. All photoshoots will take place in-house, and clients cannot be present during the shoot. We are currently not accepting headshot photography.

  • Studio floors, surfaces, backdrops and high touch points are cleaned and disinfected before every shoot.

  • Hand sanitizer is supplied in the studio.

  • The studio has multiple windows that can be opened for ventilation if desired.

  • All equipment rentals from our studio as well as the included grip package are handled with gloves and disinfected at last touch.

  • All equipment rentals from our studio as well as the included grip package are disinfected upon return.

Staff Protocols

  • Our staff will strictly adhere to social-distancing and face-covering rules as outlined by the CDC and NY State while inside the studio.

  • We wear gloves when touching any surface or equipment that may be used by clients.

  • We check our temperature daily and complete a daily checklist for COVID symptoms.

  • We clean and disinfect our office and high touch surfaces daily.

Client Protocols

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have any reason to believe that you have been exposed, please do not come to the studio.

  • Face-coverings are required upon building arrival and exit and whenever interacting with our staff members.

  • To minimize contact during your shoot, please text or call us regarding questions or additional requests from within your studio. We will bring requests to your studio and leave items in front of the unit door to avoid direct contact between clients and staff members.
