Knead on Benson is an artisanal bakery located in a heritage storefront in Auckland, NZ. Founder James Bryant created Knead on Benson as a bakery counterpart to his existing seaside restaurant Takapuna Beach Cafe. Knead on Benson serves French-inspired pastries and other baked goods for Auckland locals in a community-driven space, which doubles as an intimate venue for bread-making workshops and other events.
